If the customer purchases an item in error, the unopened/unused item may be returned within 7 days of the product delivery date. Upon our receipt and examination of the item, a refund will be issued for the purchase, minus the cost of shipping and a restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all refunds of non-defective products. This restocking fee is in place to keep our overhead costs low and insure that when a customer purchases a product, they know they want it and intend to keep it. Refunds via PayPal are subject to PayPal refund regulations and timeframe.

No, PriusChat does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to PriusChat, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. We suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the product first, as they will most likely pay for return shipping on their defective merchandise.
Since some items may be covered under manufacturer warranties, if you have a refund/exchange issue of any kind, please contact the email@example.com for instructions before taking any action. Items returned to us without our prior permission and without an officially issued RMA number will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Free Shipping is available to any of our customers in the continental 48 United States. For our friends in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other parts of the world, we are more than happy to ship our great products to you at the standard USPS rates. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail so you can receive your order within 2-3 business days of shipment.
